Easy Cucumber and Dill Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 2 medium cucumbers
  • 1/2 red onions
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 5 brunches fresh dill
  • salt to taste
  • ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Slice the onions into thin petals. Transfer to a bowl, add 1/2 tablespoon vinegar, ice cubes and water, and leave for 10 minutes to reduce the acidity.
  • Wash the cucumbers, cut them in half and slice each half in 3 parts to form sticks.
  • Remove the onions from the water and add to a bowl with cucumbers, add the lemon juice, olive oil, and dill. Season with salt and keep in the fridge until served.

Storage: To store cucumber and dill salad, you should cover it tightly and keep it in the refrigerator.
You can store the salad in an airtight container or cover it with plastic wrap.
