Ingredients
  

  • 4 frozen ripe bananas cut into chunks
  • 1 cup ripe raspberry fresh is preferred
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons whole milk or plant-based
  • fresh raspberries for garnish

Instructions
 

  • To a jug blender, add all ingredients plus 1 tablespoon of your preferred milk.a
  • Blend until smooth. If needed, add more milk to help it process the smoothie. It should have a thick consistency and be spoon-able like an ice cream.
  • Pour the smoothie into a glass and garnish with additional raspberries if desired.
