fresh is preferred

tablespoons
whole milk
or plant-based
fresh raspberries
for garnish
Instructions
To a jug blender, add all ingredients plus 1 tablespoon of your preferred milk.a
Blend until smooth. If needed, add more milk to help it process the smoothie. It should have a thick consistency and be spoon-able like an ice cream.
Pour the smoothie into a glass and garnish with additional raspberries if desired.
