Notes

Tips to cook burger:
It seems easy to make burger patties but there are a few tips you can try to enhance the flavours of the meat.
Firstly, the most important is to salt the patty just before grilling. Then you have to preheat a heavy-bottomed skillet, preferably a cast iron pan. You want to seal the meat and let the inside juicy and soft. Don’t forget to add some freshly cracked black pepper, too.
The best ground beef to make a burger patty is a 15 to 20% fat ground beef. If using lean ground beef, add extra oil to the pan before grilling.
Storage: Burgers are always best eaten fresh out of the grill, we suggest making only enough for the number of people you have.
However, you can make the patties and freeze it before cooking, it will last up to 3 months.
