Instructions
Preheat a medium skillet over medium-high heat.
Using kitchen scissors, carefully trim the edges of the prosciutto to prevent shrinking during cooking.
Arrange prosciutto slices on your skillet.
Cook for 1 minutes until it turns golden and crisp. Using kitchen tongues, flip and cook for another 1 minute.
Remove from the skillet and let them cool for a minute over a kitchen paper before serving. They will get crispier as it cools.
